I contacted Ufile directly. The problem was that each person had their own phone number and it needs to be the same phone number for all family members to avoid this error message. This is even though they have no landline and each have their own cell phone number.

I have the same problem. It was a file carried over, no problem last year and not working this year. Updates done. This is so annoying!
