I just tried to ignore and file, but it won't let me file. I have to print it off and mail it. How do I get around that??

I am filing a return for a lady who separated from her spouse November 15, 2021. Ufile insisted a I her spouse’s income. She has their two children. Without the spouse’s income ufile will not allow me to generate the return. Help me please!!
