After 1 hour of holds, transferring, and the person who answered asking rigorous security questions in which I answered all accurately, they said they do not believe that I am actually the account holder and locked even more of my account.
Apparently now my only option is to send snail-mail back and forth in attempts to verify my identity.. They wouldn't even give me whatever form or information I need to snailmail my center..
