It is in the section other deductions credits when setting up the initial file. However it appears that this is not available if you carry forward a last year file to start a new file for this year & can not be added after the fact as the additional credits box does not show up to be checked. You apparently have to start a new file from scratch to find this as I have found out from my experience this year.
