The thing is my actual CRA account is not locked

i keep getting this error 15, when i click the link "contact us" it takes me to the CRA site and it becomes a dead end Rejected May 20, 2023 12:08 PM Result:15 Your account is locked. If you need assistance, please contact us. contact us

Schedule 7 unused RRSP for 2022 on line 1 of Schedule 7. This amount is zero. If this is correct call CRA individual tax inquiries. Make sure to enter total of RRSP contributions made after the first 60 days of 2022 and no later than the first 60 days of 2023 on line 24500 of Schedule 7. I have tried for hours and multiple different entries to fix this with no success. Can anyone help.
