Please HELP me joined the community

I did a "trial" of Ufile online and spent 3 days carefully filling out the forms and rechecking numbers. Finally, with my tax form completed, I went to file it and purchased the Windows Version. Only now, I can't see any of my online option and there is no way to "sign in" without completely re-doing everything in Windows. Is there something I am missing or did I just mess this all up by buying Windows rather than buying the online version?
