I had the same problem. Here's how I solved it: First, the "Click here to fix" link sent me to wife's info page, but the problem was actually in my info. The problem was that I had left the "Home phone" field blank (we don't have a fixed line). I copied my cell phone number to the home phone field, and bingo!
