How do I safe the ufile purchased program on my desktop? I did this for several previous years and the icons with the dates are on my laptop page.

I am ready to access return and file but it is asking me to purchase program-AGAIN. I purchased it on line last month and have a printed receipt?????

I am trying to use auto fill. I clicked Download and it is circling endlessly for way too long.
