Hello, I've been trying to reset my password to verify some information, but after three hours, I have yet to receive the password reset link. Additionally, I've tried the avenue of submitting with my receipt number, but it keeps insisting the information is incorrect (despite copy pasting it directly). Telephone support offered no help, insisting emails were sent before hanging up.
