    I have done so. There are no files on this computer related to UFile. I have lost tax information for 4 members of my family for 3 years! I do not understand how this could have happened? This is the original computer that I installed these 3 years on. How, if at all can these files be retrieved?

    I needed to follow up on some tax information and opened UFile 2022 only to find all the tax information is gone and the program appears as unused. I then checked UFile 2021 and Ufile 2020 only to find the same thing? What has happened to all my tax files?
