How do you create a new username? Do you have to create a whole new account? I am having the same issue.

I use a Mac and would like to file tax returns for myself and also friends and other family members. I used UFile in school for filing tax returns for strangers and filed close to 50. Can UFile online be used in a similar way to this? In school, I had to have a rep ID and code. Do I need this to do friends taxes? How do I go about filing them if so?
