???? HELP ???? Can anyone respond to this??? Do I send off the return anyway??

Been doing the taxes for my mom whose been retired for more than 15 years. She has no spouse and for some reason, 2023 her Quebec net file is being rejected. Went thru all the lines it mentions and nothing is checked off or anything written down in these lines. What can be the issue?

Running a brand new HP laptop I7 with Windows 11 and things aren't working properly. I am fed up with brand new technology that people just can't seem to communicate with each other to get things working easily. We have to spend hours and hours looking and searching for stupid patches and ways to get around this new and improved technology. Waste our precious time to fix your problems. When will companies design something that WORKS period without having to bust our balls to search for the holy grail. Had issues with the installation of UFILE, made an exception in the ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE and all...but noooooooooo.....there is an error again. Had to search in the UFILE forum to find a way around it. In the end, had to download the UNZIPPED version and then install it. Today, wanted to continue working on our taxes, went into UFILE 2023 and to discover again that the UPDATE does not want to install: "An error occurred installing the package. Windows installer returned '1601'. What the hell do I have to do now... and for good. Thank you for you time.
