2023 ufile does not rollover 2022 return

I am new to Ufile. My questions are 1) can Ufile read previous year PDF return from other software producers, such as Turbotax? 2) I need for 3-4 returns for my family, all have investment and/or rental properties and/or self-employments. Should I use Ufile 4 or Ufile 12? Thanks, Frank
