  1. I have been usung ufile for a number of years without problems. This year, after I filled in all relevant information and proceeded to STEP 4, Tx Return, the pop-up asked me if I'm ready to pay. I click on the Buy Now button and get a screen that simply says, "Oops, something has gone wrong." No other explanation. No way of going forward. WTF?
