  1. If you read further on the page of the Quebec work premium, you will see the following If you meet all the conditions above, read on to see whether you are entitled to the tax credits. Work premium You may be entitled to the work premium for the 2023 taxation year if, in addition to the basic requirements, you meet all of the requirements below: Your annual work income is: over $2,400 if you are a person living alone or a single parent, over $3,600 when added to that of your spouse, whether or not you have any children. Your annual family income is less than the appropriate amount from the table below. My daughter does not live alone. She lives with her parents, but was not a full time student in 2023, so is not eligible for the quebec work premium. How do I unselect it in Ufile.
  2. I'm helping my daughter do her tax return (she is NOT a dependant, but still lives at home and was not a student for the 2023 tax tear) Ufile is automatically making her claim the CWB and the quebec work premium and I don't think she is eligible. Maybe for the CWB, but definitely not for the quebec work premium (she does not live alone and that is a requirement) How do I tell ufile not to calculate the CWB and the Quebec work premium on my daughter's return. Like I said the CWB is questionable(It doesn't mention living at home with parents as an adult), but the Quebec work premium is clear (must live alone) Thanks
