When I download and accept my information from CRA into ufile, the process completes successfully but I also see the words “No data to display. You must complete the Retrieve tax information page”. Yet I have already completed the retrieve tax information page. And I can see from my CRA file that lots of T3 and other forms are ready for 2023.
Can anyone explain what the obstacle is? Could it be that I am doing this using ipads rather than a computer? The process did work last year and the year before using the same iPads.
