Not sure where you are finding the medical expenses dialogue, unless it is this. If so, I entered the date and it does not include anything that is not 2023.

I want to claim expenses from November 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023. When I enter expenses with a 2022 year end, they are ignored in the calculation. How do I fix this.
