I know box 14 MUST include box 40. When you do your taxes, you don't have to enter box 40, as it is already included in box 14. If you are using a software, they automatically identify that. You won't over pay taxes. My question is, should I or should I now enter my car allowance (already in box 40 & 14) in "Enter the total of all rebates, motor vehicle allowances, and reimbursements for motor vehicle expenses you received that are not included in your income" What did you end up doing?
