As many others, i am facing a charge of 14$ after paying for an Premium version. I try to connect via phone and so far i have been on hold for more than 1hour and 15 minutes without knowing if i will be able to talk to someone. When I purchased this version, it was mentioned that I would have telephone support. This is rather disappointing and troubling to see the quality of service for what i thought I was paying for.
