Hello, My spouse and I are filling as common law for the first time this year. We have gone through all the steps to file taxes and I was able to submit my taxes through Netfile. However, when my spouse submitted his tax return, he obtained File Rejection - Error 16 indicating that tax return was already submitted. Wondering, how do we proceed to ensure that tax return is submitted for the both of us?
