can someone help me ? I paid for the program and only Provincial is rejected to send , federal is filed no problem , How can i file if it keeps blocking me. ?

i am trying to file my sons taxes provincial quebec will not allow us to file keeps rejecting says authoriztion data is not the same as onfile ??
