    Hi Roger. It seems you have helped others.

    i have the OOPS something has gone wrong message. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, changed directories so 2017 and 2018 are in the same folder, reinstalled 2017, installed the C++ mentioned. I see that I cannot open any files in my last years and years on ufile files. So frustrated! Please...can you help ?

      Ok, I deleted them both again, reinstalled in the locations you specified. Rebooted both times, in between, just for good measure. STILL the same issue. 😭
