janicehawie Posted January 25, 2021 Report Share Posted January 25, 2021 In prior years, when I opened my new file ( head and dependants) for the first time, it always showed the file rolled forward, there was no need for me to do anything. Now I open my 2020 file , (which I already paid last year) and I do not see my file ( or my dependants) been rolled forward. Do I need to roll forward now? or do something else? I have no idea.
