Last Saturday, I talked with CRA with two different representatives which both confirmed that both of us CRA account is unlocked. Debra Anne Posted March 10, 2021 Report Share Posted March 10, 2021 We are having the same problem. Rejected result 15. My husband and I file jointly to maximize our results. Oddly enough his file went through successfully through Netfile and mine was rejected. I called CRA twice over the past 2 days to confirm my account is not locked, that took at least 3 hours including being on hold. I have entered my CRA access code for filing so that's not it. I have several Ufile emails responses help that don't help. I even tried phoning Ufile and was on hold for 3.5 hours with no answer. What do we have to do to get help from Ufile? Nawal Posted March 10, 2021 Report Share Posted March 10, 2021 Hi @Carrie022, According to the CRA, after five unsuccessful attempts to Netfile, your account is locked. When calling the CRA, you must specify that it is your Netfile access that is locked and not your CRA's account. Also try to speach to one of their electronic services representatives. I have submitted my tax return however Ufile is showing "rejected" for my wife with a result 15 and your account is locked message. any idea how to fix this??
