The information sent to the Canada Revenue Agency doesn't match the identification information currently on record, which was provided by Service Canada when your social insurance number was issued. If you still get this error after your second attempt, please call the Canada Revenue Agency's Individual income tax and trust enquiries line at 1-800-959-8281 for further details. Nawal Posted April 5, 2021 Report Share Posted April 5, 2021 Hi @Aryan, the name on record with the CRA must be the same on your tax return. For ex: Peter John A.
