Access my file?

I'm talking with revenue canada and they need some info. I go to open my university for 2017 and it ask for update which I don't need or want. I just want to view my file. I went to file open got it to view. Now I see the pages that I need to print but it wouldn't let me.

I'm a senior and if I would have known that there is no option to check on past years. I would never buy this.

Maybe someone can tell me what I need to do?

I wrote support all I get is automatic return mail. Are there actually canadian support phone numbers??

I'm not a happy customer 😒
