thetut
Did you add the amount paid for medical insurance premiums to the total of your medical receipts (11,5750) ?
TheTaxSmith
Hello Annag. As mentioned by thetut you need to look at any medical/health insurance you paid which could be in a box on a T4 and/or RL1 slip or other slip such as a pension T4A. If you are filing Quebec returns (RL1 slip received) and your employer pays into a health plan, additional to your deducted payments, the amount your employer pays will get added to your Quebec medical expenses. Look for an amount of $3,459 on a slip and that may explain the difference.
