TL2 Meals an Lodging

I am trying to enter meals, for long haul trucker, some meals are 'eligible' (which are at 80%), and 'non-eligible' (which are at 50%), but I do not see how to separate them so the system knows which values are at which %. Everything I enter is being calculated at 80%. Is there not a way to bring up the format of a TL2 so that you can enter the meals under either 2A or 2B, like on the TL2's?
