Sold Rental Property - Where should I report last day?

If I change last day of "Fiscal year-end of your rental property" to the day when I sold it but I'm getting error:







I reported on Capital Gains form as "Date of Disposition":

Well, it says right there that all rental properties have a Dec. 31st year end, so don't put May in there.
