Renee7657 Posted April 4, 2022 Report Share Posted April 4, 2022 I tried to register for the year back in December but it kept glitching when I tried to enter my payment info. I just gave up. Now when I log in it thinks I've already paid but when I try to enter my info I get an error message that says "unable to locate that family member" but I am the only one that has ever used the account.
