Self Employed Dependent

My son was self employed this past year but self employment does not show up as an option in his interview.  How can I make it available

While in your son's file in the Interview tab click on Interview setup in the index list on left side. Then look to the right for the Self-employment group (6th section down). Check the small box next to Self-employed business income and click on the blue arrow. Then look over on the left side index and scroll down for the Self-employment income schedule and click on it.

Had the same issue. I only saw 4 section boxes. 

Seems to be a formatting bug on the page, if you scroll way, way down on the page past the bottom of what you can see on the screen, the other sections are still there, and you can pick them from there.

Make sure you did not check the no income box for your dependent in the initial interview page for your dependent. If you did some selections will not be available.
