Where do I enter info for RL-1 Box B-1 and RL-1 Box G-2?

Hello,

I have two additional amounts/code on my RL-1 form (Quebec) that I'm not seeing in the form.

They are for codes B-1 and G-2. 

Where do I enter this info?

Did you select the T4 and RL-1 slip for income earned in Quebec with CPP contributions? It's the 2nd choice in the T4 and T4E section for T4 and employment income.  That slip will have the Boxes you need.  Here is a link to what the Boxes are for.
