Activation key sent by UFile is invalid?

Hello,

I purchased an activation key to add 2 additional returns for my account. I received the email containing the 16 digit key and entered it into the website but was prompted by a message stating "The activation key you have entered is invalid. Please try again.". The UFile software I downloaded is the 2021 version and the email receipt I got for the activation key is also for UFile 2021. I am following the instructions (Settings -> Tax return counter -> Add extra returns) so I don't know why it's invalid when I just purchased it today.

Please advise.
