T5013 capital dividend amount entered at bottom of slip

On my T5013, there is a capital dividend amount reported at the bottom of a slip (without a box number). Do I need to report the amount, and if yes, where? The accompanying letter states that the capital dividend is a non-taxable item and is not included in any of the amounts reported in boxes on the T5013 statement.
