If mailing return, need to sign and attach slips?

Hi, UFile won't let me file electronically because of part-year non-resident.  So, I plan to print and mail the Quebec tax return. 

In this case, do I need to:

(1) sign, and
(2) attach any tax slips along with the tax return?
