Uploading by CRA in US dollars

I thought I had posted this earlier but it doesn't seem to be here.  So, please forgive me if I missed it and this is the same question twice.  But, the problem I have is that when CRA uploads my tax information from BMO investorline, it uploads the American stock buys and sells in US dollars.  I have always filed in Cdn dollars before, converting US to Cdn.  Is there any way to get the US stock buys and sells in Canadian dollars by CRA?  I could do it manually but that kind of defeats the idea of automatic uploading,  Appreciate greatly any advice.\

Since it's a US investment account and I suspect no broker as you do your own buying and selling, then you have to do the conversions yourself. CRA gets the investment in US currency and its up to you to do the conversions.
