Hello there,

 

My mother has not lived here long enough and does not get the old age security pension and I am not able to Netfile for her, can someone advise me how to fix this?

We are eligible, but deferred our OAS.  It's quite confusing, but there are actually 2 questions to answer on that page.  You have to do it each year.
