About halfway down on the T4A page you will see a reference to Box 135

Under this is a blank rectangular box.

Click on the small down arrow at the extreme right of this box and select the statement for Box 135.

I'm getting an error when I select the box 135 option: premium for health plans.

UFILE error is reporting as "both fields must be filled" but its not like they are highlighting the fields they are referring to, so I assume it is the drop down field where I select box 135 and the value I enter in the field next to it. I've tried deleting this T4A and re-entering the data, but as soon as I get to that box I get the error.

Anyone have this happen to them? Anyone find a work around?
