Home Buyers Amount not deciding how to use the full credit.

"Let Maxback Decide" is selected for both spouses in the Home Buyers Amount page. The maximum (suggested) amount of $5000.00 is entered for each spouse. Only one spouse gets a credit for $5000.00 and the 2nd spouse does not get any credit. It would seem the Let Maxback Decide should at least increase the the credit for spouse 1. The override fix is to put a $10000.00 amount for spouse 1.
