Does not let me check out and pay after I completed the returns

Hi,

I am in Step 4 and the message shows below. But when I click on "Buy Now", the website then says "Oops, something has gone wrong.". What can I do to proceed to Step 4 and 5?? I've tried many times and won't let me pay and proceed.
