Completed and paid, now when I try to view the returns or use Netfile, it prompts me to pay again.

My husband and I completed our returns. I tried to proceed to Netfile and was prompted to pay. I paid and have the receipt but when I try to file or view returns, it prompts me to pay again. I cannot file the returns!!!!!
