Please visit the Hours of service page on the NETFILE website. Maggie3 Posted January 31 Report Share Posted January 31 Hello Jen G, There are two kinds of CRA maintenance: daily maintenance and scheduled maintenance. The CRA's daily maintenance occurs every day between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM EST. During the daily maintenance period, there is a complete outage of all CRA services. If you clicked more than 4 times, it is possible the NetFile has been blocked by the CRA. You will have to call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281 to find out why you cannot NetFile.
