blank account

Hello,

sign in to my account, open my already paid 2023 file, and see only a wide blank screen!?

try to open any previous years file to only find blank screens...

been with Ufile since 2017... what's going on?

Hello fireweed,

If you are using an older version of an iPad and Safari, the pages will not display. You must update. 

If you are using a certain browser, clear the cache and try again. Or change your browser.

I have verified and all your information is intact.  Probably browser issue.
