Payment and use of promotional discount

I have just received an email with a promotional discount.  However, I don't know where to access the payment page in order to apply this discount.

I haven't filled out the information for 2023 yet on Ufile, so it doesn't take me to the final payment page.

Is there any way for me to pay now, and use the promotional discount?  How?
