ChrisColonel Posted July 5 Report Share Posted July 5 (edited) I filed my taxes with UFile on April 30th as I do every year. Strangely after 8 weeks I had not received any notice of assessments, so I contacted the provincial government (Québec) and they informed me today that they had not received any of my files. I have an email confirmation from UFile from the 30th of April, as well as an order ID, receipt and reference number, so I am not sure how they failed to receive it. I have attempted to call UFile customer service, however I am still on hold after 1h20m of waiting. Is there any other way to receive support from you guys? Is this an issue that has happened to anyone else? Considering I paid for a service that, in fact, did not do what I paid for.
