typedot
Hello All, Normally, I don't have to enter my notice of assessment number while filing my Quebec tax return, but I got the following error below. "The authentication data entered do not correspond to the data in our files. (T3BAAS05)" I spoke with the Quebec Revenue officer, she told me it should be optional of providing the notice of assessment number since my address, sin and name match with their system. As we are approaching the submission deadline, is it possible to submit without the number? Thanks in advance!
Bretonix
When filing the Quebec return, the Notice of assessment number from the previous year is required only when one of the following situations occurs - your address is not the same as last year (as indicated in your Current address page) - you entered Direct deposit information related to Quebec
