Canadaman
Hi, I am filing a tax return for three people in my family. I was able to submit two of them, but one of the returns says the file was rejected. Apparently the system thinks I already submitted it, along with a confirmation number and time (which was around when I submitted the other two tax returns), but I am 100% sure I did not submit the tax return for that person. After I submitted my return first, one of the other tax returns showed up as file rejected, and the other had no issues. The system says the return which was apparently already submitted (when I did not submit it) says it was submitted 4 minutes after mine. Should I worry about this? Any help would be appreciated. This exact situation occured to me word for word. Netfile says file rejected for my spouse yet mine went through. I did not submit wife's yet. CRA email confirms they have both returns . Who's problem is this. UFile software glitch or Netfile tab / CRA issue. UFile answers to this issue so far are to contact CRA. This does not address the issue, how did my wife's return get automatically successfully filed, then rejected inside the Netfile tab?
