  1. I was sent the wrong link when I purchased in December 2020. I did get the link with the new program but no activation key from Vishaysingh on behalf of the UFile Team.  I emailed back and Vishaysingh sent me 2 activation keys, but neither of them worked. I have emailed 3 times and been on hold for a total of 2 hours on the support line. This is not acceptable.  I want to send my 95 year old mother's return by Netfile and I can't until I can activate the program.  She is on a very fixed income and the extra money she gets from her return helps her survive!  Somebody please help me!!
