  1. I am doing my daughters taxes for her like many years past. We can't sign in to her account because it doesn't accept her password, so she asked for a password reset. She received the email saying the reset request was received and that she would receive another email with the link to reset her password. She does not receive the link, instead I receive it at my email address and when I hit the link it resets my ufile account password, not hers. How can this be happening. We have tried so many times and it does not send her the reset link, it sends it to my email.
  2. My daughter has been trying to reset her ufile password, entering her username and her email and ufile keeps sending the password reset to MY email address! Why? She enters her details. Three times now this has happened. She gets the email saying the reset password request has been received and that they will send an email with a link to reset and then that email comes to my email address and resets my account password!!! How can this be rectified?
