Issues with uploading GIFI file from SAGE 50 to Ufile T2

Same here and if you call the support line and press 5 for Ufile T2 they say to submit a request on line for support. It is now 4 days and they have not responded.  It seems like they have zero support.  It would be better for UFile to simply invest in some documentation and better error messaging for the product.
