I dont understand why. it's a .gifi and .cvs. It says : An error occurred while trying to import your GIFI file. Please make sure that it is a valid GIFI file and try again. Could anyone supply either the format required or a sample file that actually loads without an error message. John S. Oakville Posted April 29, 2021 Report Share Posted April 29, 2021 Same here and if you call the support line and press 5 for Ufile T2 they say to submit a request on line for support. It is now 4 days and they have not responded. It seems like they have zero support. It would be better for UFile to simply invest in some documentation and better error messaging for the product.
